Haarlem's intercity station is at less than 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. From the monumental Haarlem train station you can be in Amsterdam city Center within 15 minutes, you can reach Schiphol Airport in 25 minutes, and you can be in Zandvoort in 10 minutes. In tulip season, a bus runs frequently directly from Haarlem Station to Keukenhof.

Ripperdastraat is easily accessible from the major access roads to the city. 

You can park on the street or close to the hotel, but the rates for street parking in the city centre are very hefty. It is therefore most convenient to park in the Interparking car park under the station, a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

It's always possible to pre-park your car at the hotel to unload your luggage and check in, We have a vignette that can temporarily go behind the windscreen and gives you 10 minutes or so of free parking time.

From Boutiquehotel STAATS you just easily cycle into the city center of Haarlem, you can be on the beach of Bloemendaal or Zandvoort in about half an hour (by pedaling a bit briskly), and you can make wonderful day trips along National Park South Kennemerland, the tulip fields (in spring), to Spaarndam or even to the Zaanse Schans.
We offer comfortable city bikes with gears for hire including on-road service in case of breakdowns and we cooperate with the bike rental company in town for e-bikes and children's bikes.

Bring your own bike?
Of course it is possible to come with your own bikes. Bicycles can be parked on the street in front of the hotel. They are usually secured with a chain attached to the street furniture or to each other. Prefer covered or guarded parking? This is possible in the basement storage under the Stationsplein (<5 min walk).
